Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hamirpur. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to promote Tanisha Education Hub’s programs and initiatives. The specialist will manage social media calendars, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.



Daily tasks include collaborating with the team to understand educational offerings, responding to audience interactions, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role also includes monitoring trends, experimenting with recent formats, and coordinating basic digital marketing activities to support overall marketing goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
Understanding of social media analytics tools and platform algorithms is beneficial.
Ability to create basic visual content (e.g., using Canva or similar tools) is an advantage.
