About the Role
Obelisk Training is looking for a motivated and organised Learning & Compliance Coordinator who is interested in building a long-term career in the education and Learning & Development industry.
This is an ideal prospect for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is keen to learn about vocational education, Registered Training Organisation (RTO) operations, compliance, learning and development, and client support.
You do not need previous RTO experience. Structured on-the-job training, guidance and ongoing support will be provided.
The role will work across different areas of the business, giving the successful candidate practical exposure to how an education and training organisation operates.
You will support the team with RTO compliance activities, learning and training administration, documentation, student and client communication, and selected client-related projects.




As you develop your knowledge and capability, there will be opportunities to take greater responsibility across learning design, compliance, education operations and client projects.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting day-to-day RTO compliance and administrative activities.
Assisting with maintaining training, assessment and compliance documentation.
Reviewing documents for completeness, accuracy and consistency.
Supporting the preparation and maintenance of policies, procedures, registers and compliance records.
Assisting with learner resources, training materials and assessment-related documentation.
Supporting course setup, learner administration and LMS activities.
Maintaining organised digital records and document version control.
Assisting with internal compliance reviews and audit preparation.
