ABOUT NOKA BIO
Nōka Bio applies AI, biological modelling and real-world farm data to help leading global aquaculture and feed companies improve growth, feed efficiency, health and production performance. We work directly with industry partners to turn complex biological questions into practical tools, trials and decision systems for real farming environments.

THE ROLE
We are looking for an aquaculture professional who can bridge science, operations and project execution. You will lead customer and research projects from scoping through trials, data analysis and delivery, working closely with farms, technical teams and Nōka’s AI and biology teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Lead aquaculture projects from scope and trial design through execution, analysis and final reporting.
Coordinate farms, customers, research partners and internal technical teams against clear milestones and KPIs.
Support feed, growth, health and production trials; define protocols, sampling plans and data requirements.
Monitor and interpret key farm metrics including growth, survival, FCR, biomass,



feeding and environmental data.
Turn operational and biological challenges into structured analytical questions for AI and modelling teams.
Prepare clear technical findings and practical recommendations for customers and management.
Build trusted working relationships with farm managers, nutritionists, researchers and technical leaders.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries Science, Fish Nutrition, Marine Biology or related field.
2–4 years of experience in aquaculture operations, R&D;, technical services, nutrition or production.
Experience at a major aquaculture producer, aquafeed company, seafood company or research organisation.
Hands-on understanding of commercial farming and aquaculture trials.
Comfort working with biological and operational data; strong Excel skills required.
Solid project management, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
