We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and people-friendly intern who wants to learn how a technology startup grows its product and works with real customers.

? What You’ll Work On

? Create Content
Design social media creatives and posts using Canva
Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
Help generate new content ideas around AI, CRM, sales, and business growth

? Manage Social Media
Schedule and publish posts
Maintain our social media presence
Track engagement and suggest ideas to improve our reach

? Talk to Customers
Communicate with BLeadX customers and understand their questions/issues
Help customers with basic queries and product-related concerns
Coordinate with the internal team to get issues resolved
Collect customer feedback and share it with the product team

? Be Part of the Startup
Work closely with the founders/team
Learn how a SaaS/AI product is marketed and supported
Get hands-on exposure to AI, CRM, Digital Marketing & Customer Success





? Who Can Apply?
Any graduate can apply
Freshers are welcome
Basic knowledge of Canva
Positive communication skills
Comfortable using social media
Good written and spoken English
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Someone who is proactive and enjoys interacting with people
Experience is not mandatory. Your attitude, communication, and willingness to learn matter more.
