Role Description The Certified Personal Trainer is a full time, in office role based at Dopamine Feel Good Gym in Faridabad. The trainer will design and deliver individualized workout programs, demonstrate proper exercise techniques, and supervise training sessions to ensure safety and effectiveness. Daily responsibilities include conducting fitness assessments, tracking member progress, and providing ongoing coaching, motivation, and feedback. The trainer will collaborate with the Therapy & Recovery team when needed,



support group or circuit training sessions, and maintain a clean, organized training environment. The role also involves educating members on healthy lifestyle habits and contributing to a positive, inclusive gym culture.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Personal Training and Fitness Instruction skills, including program design, technique correction, and safety supervision.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Nutrition to provide basic guidance on healthy eating and lifestyle habits aligned with fitness goals.
Candidates should possess skills in Circuit Training and group session management to lead structured, high-energy workouts for varied fitness levels.
Candidates should possess Sports Coaching skills to support performance-focused clients and those training for specific sports or events.
