Role Description This is a full-time, in office Paid Performance Marketing role based in Hyderabad. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn,



and other relevant channels to drive quality leads and enrollments. Responsibilities include managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, conducting A/B tests, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals, and refining targeting strategies through data analysis and market insights. The role also requires preparing performance reports, coordinating with creative teams on ad copy and creatives, and continuously identifying new paid growth opportunities to support Simandhar’s education and career outcomes.
