Role Description:

This is a full-time in office role for an Associate Product Manager based in New Delhi. The APM will drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps and features.. The role involves monitoring product performance, conducting research, iterating on improvements, and connecting with stakeholders to align product vision and goals. Prior experience with Generative AI product development is highly preferred.

What We Are Looking For:

Core Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year dedicated to working on high-traffic, transactional B2C products.

Generative AI Expertise: Highly Preferred. Hands-on experience of working on Generative AI products,



prompt engineering pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks, or fine-tuning workflows in a production environment.

Technical Background: A strong foundational engineering background (Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar technical domain) is crucial for this role.

Analytical Muscle: Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of using data-driven insights to solve ambiguous user problems.

Framework Fluency: Deep familiarity with modern technology landscapes, API-driven workflows, and Agile methodologies.
