Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Broadcast Engineer role based in Noida.



The Senior Broadcast Engineer will oversee the design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of broadcast systems for news production and transmission, including studios, control rooms, and transmission chains. Responsibilities include monitoring signal quality, diagnosing and resolving technical issues in real time, and ensuring uninterrupted broadcast operations for national and regional channels. The role involves coordinating with editorial, production, and IT teams to support live broadcasts, special events, and new technology deployments. The Senior Broadcast Engineer will also mentor junior engineers, document technical procedures, and contribute to planning upgrades and expansion of broadcast infrastructure.
Qualifications
