The member joining this position will work at an experienced (band/level) and be part of a team of R&D.; This team-focused role will involve collaboration and support within a dynamic work environment. Travel may be required to a few regions for discussions with stakeholder/vendors as well as to maintain robust customer relationships. The member will work with various stakeholders, including teams from Digital Business Leaders, Customer Support Division and Branch engineers, ensuring smooth project execution and effective communication to meet company and customer expectations.
Purpose Of The Role:
To develop Electronics hardware for instrumentation products used in the process industry
Technical Skills:
Understand requirement specifications of the product and take the same into consideration while making the design,
namely – electrical/communication protocols/environmental/EMC/safety/Industrial design/performance/reliability and other requirements in accordance with applicable standards.
Design electronics circuits that:
– Include And Interface With:
Sensors of various types (e.g. temperature/pressure/pH/conductivity/DO /piezoelectric/optical/Hall/Ultrasonic/piezoresistive/magnetic/current/voltage/frequency/ displacement etc.)
Input and output signals of various voltages/current/frequencies/bandwidths/dynamic ranges/etc. analog and digital
Various communication protocol physical layers (e.g. UART/RS232/ RS485/I2C/ SPI/ HART/ PROFIBUS/FIELDBUS/Wireless/etc.)
Display devices and keypad devices (UI)
Various microcontrollers/ADCs/DACs/Display chips and various other special function chips
Power divers and Actuators (e.g. motors/relays/SSDR/piezo valves/etc.)
– Are Suitable For:
2-wire transmitters, actuators, indicators, convertors and sensors (4-20mA), IEPE vibration sensors.
Battery powered sensors and wireless devices
Design various analog signal processing
