Key Responsibilities

Manage daily production activities and ensure achievement of shift-wise targets.
Supervise and allocate manpower across production lines.
Monitor productivity, quality, wastage, rejection and machine downtime.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, safety and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and Dispatch teams.
Identify and resolve day-to-day production issues and bottlenecks.
Maintain production and shift-related reports.
Train and guide operators and ensure proper discipline on the shop floor.
Ensure proper shift handover and communicate pending issues to the next shift.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in production/manufacturing.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.Sc. in Production, Food Technology or relevant field.
Experience in managing shop-floor/blue-collar teams.
FMCG, food processing, dairy or consumer goods experience preferred.
Positive problem-solving, communication and team management skills.
Comfortable working in shifts.
