Due to our continuous growth and expansion, PANDOO Management is looking to recruit a: Valuation Analyst (M/F/D).

As a Valuation Analyst you will play a central role within our Valuation and NAV calculation governance framework, working across real estate, private equity, venture capital and private debt strategies. In addition, you will have a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.

Your responsibilities

Manage the periodic valuation review process across different asset classes;
Review and verify the valuation models used for various asset classes, including real estate, private equity and private debt;
Review external valuation reports and liaise and coordinate with external appraisers;
Review and validate the periodic Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations prepared by third party service providers;
Collect and verify financial information from various sources;
Review financial statements prepared under Lux GAAP, IFRS and INREV;
Coordinate with external auditors;
Manage the regulatory AIFMD reporting;
Support the onboarding of new clients;




Prepare Gross Asset Value (GAV) and Net Asset Value figures for the quarterly external invoicing;
Work in close collaboration with the Conducting Officer of Valuation and the Valuation Manager;
Contribute to various internal projects and assignments.

Your profile

Degree in accounting, finance, economics or equivalent;
2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably coming from an AIFM, Audit company or Fund Administrator;
Experience in IFRS and Lux GAAP;
Knowledge of the valuation techniques and standards used for real estate, private equity and private debt;
Knowledge of the AIFM Law and the wider regulatory environment;
Robust organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively;
Fluent in English, knowledge of German and/or French would be considered an asset;
Robust analytical skills with close attention to detail;
Team oriented approach, combined with the ability to work autonomously;
