Role Description The Sales Manager (Pro-Active) is a full-time, on-site role based at Aldovia Resort & Convention in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for proactively identifying and developing recent business opportunities across segments such as conventions, conferences, weddings, corporate offsites, and leisure stays.



Day-to-day activities include prospecting and meeting potential clients, preparing customized proposals and presentations, conducting site visits, and negotiating contracts to meet revenue and occupancy targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with operations, events, and marketing teams to ensure seamless handover from sales to execution and to maintain a high standard of guest experience. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales reports, tracking market trends and competitor activity, and representing Aldovia at industry events and networking forums.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in proactive sales, business development, and account management, ideally within hospitality, resorts, or events.
Strong relationship-building, client servicing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close deals.
