Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Analyst (Malay Language) to work on a full‑time basis. The role requires strong analytical and English comprehension skills, with the ability to read, summarize, and break down large content into smaller logical blocks. Candidates must conduct online research, validate claims, and collaborate with large language models (LLM) to solve analytical puzzles, directly supporting the fine‑tuning of AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Read extensive textual content in English and Malay, segment it into logical components, and produce concise summaries.
• Perform online research to verify factual statements and provide evidence‑based annotations.
• Design and answer scenario‑based analytical questions that train LLMs to improve accuracy and reasoning.
• Generate detailed feedback and corrective explanations for model outputs that contain errors.




• Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate annotated data into the model training pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Multilingual capability in English and Malay, enabling seamless analysis of bilingual material.
• Strong analytical and research skills, demonstrated through the ability to break down complex information and validate claims.
• Excellent written communication, allowing clear articulation of findings and feedback to technical teams.
• Creative and lateral thinking abilities to devise novel scenarios that challenge model performance.
• Experience providing constructive feedback and detailed annotations to improve AI outputs.
