Zexovo is an AI-powered company building the next generation of business automation.Our products, including HotelOS, AI HRMS, and BGVAI, help businesses streamline operations, manage people, and automate complex processes through modern technology and artificial intelligence.As we expand across India and international markets, we are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team.This is a full-time opportunity for someone who is confident in outbound sales, comfortable speaking with decision-makers, and motivated by performance and results.
What You'll Do
Research and identify potential customers across India and international markets
Build and maintain a solid prospect pipeline
Identify business owners, managers, and key decision-makers




Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other sales channels
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads
Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities
Schedule qualified product demonstrations and meetings
Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process
Work toward monthly lead generation, meeting, and conversion targets
Maintain accurate prospect and customer information in the CRM
Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and sales opportunities
Collaborate closely with the Sales Lead, Product Managers, and Founding Team
Provide market and customer feedback to improve sales strategies and product positioning
Contribute to expanding Zexovo's presence in international markets
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, SDR, BDR, or a similar role is mandatory
