Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for greeting visitors - online and offline , answering and directing phone calls, managing front desk inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming reception area. The receptionist will handle appointment scheduling,



basic clerical tasks such as filing and data entry, and coordination of student meetings with counselors. Daily responsibilities also include responding to walk-in and phone queries about services, maintaining records of student visits, and supporting the administrative team with document handling. The role involves providing transparent information, ensuring a professional first point of contact, and upholding Envision’s standards of service and confidentiality.
Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with students, families, and visitors.
Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties, including call handling, visitor management, and appointment coordination.
