Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Bengaluru.



The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, providing accurate information about services, shipments, and account status. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, coordinating with internal teams such as operations and logistics, and ensuring timely updates on deliveries and service requests. The role involves documenting customer interactions in the system, following standard operating procedures, and escalating complex issues when needed. The Customer Service Representative will also help improve customer experience by identifying recurring problems, suggesting process enhancements, and maintaining a qualified, empathetic communication style.
