Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualifying potential clients. Daily tasks include conducting meetings and presentations, understanding client security requirements, and preparing proposals and quotations in line with P3S service offerings. The role involves managing and nurturing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The Business Development Executive will also track sales performance, contribute to business growth strategies, and provide regular reports and updates to management.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and expand the client base.
Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to build, maintain, and optimize long-term client relationships.
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions clearly, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in security services, facilities management, or related industries, is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
