n● Answering calls and mails to guide customers about Livspace design services and
nproducts for end-to-end home design projects as per the SLA and TAT. ● Assisting
ncustomers while they shop online; guiding them on the best design products for their
nhomes.

- Inbound & outbound expereince required.n
- Keeping records of customer interactions and different transactions, recordingn

ndetails of complaints, comments, and inquiries.
n● Follow up with stakeholders to ensure that appropriate action has been taken on
ncustomer requests and complaints
n● Escalate unresolved customer requests, pass on grievances to higher departments
nfor further investigation and clarification

- Make reminder calls to clients, send follow-up emails, and schedule appointmentsn
