- Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR functionalities.n
- Create BIP,
OTBI and FDI reports as per business requirements.n
- Configure Journeys, notifications and Document of Record (DOR).n
- Perform end-to-end HCM security setup, including Job Roles, Data Roles and AOR.n
- Configure sensitive field visibility across HCM modules.n
- Work with delivered and ad-hoc security reports.n
- Prepare and execute test cases based on business scenarios.n
- Perform DEV, SIT, integration and end-to-end testing.n
- Validate data and document/report test results.n
- Coordinate with business users during testing and provide training/support across HCM modules.n
