We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Techno-Functional Manager with 7–11 years of experience in ERP implementation, customization, integration, and business process optimization. The ideal candidate will possess robust hands-on expertise in Oracle NetSuite, combined with a solid understanding of business processes across finance, operations, order management, procurement, inventory, and other ERP functions.
This role requires a strong balance of functional consulting and technical capabilities. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, translating them into scalable NetSuite solutions, leading customization initiatives, managing integrations, and ensuring the ERP platform effectively supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of NetSuite ERP solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, identify process gaps, and translate business needs into effective NetSuite solutions.
- Manage end-to-end NetSuite customization initiatives, including workflows, scripts, custom records, custom fields, forms, dashboards, saved searches, and reports.
- Provide functional expertise across key ERP processes such as financial management, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, procurement, and reporting.
- Lead NetSuite implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and optimization projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support.
- Develop and oversee integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using APIs, web services, SuiteTalk, REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams on SuiteScript development and ensure custom solutions follow best practices.
