nExperience Required – Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in Cardiology with requisite teaching experience as per NMC norms in a recognized medical college/hospital
nJob Responsibilities –
nTo perform all the duties of a Professor in Cardiology at Era's Lucknow Medical College & Hospital, including:

- n
- Leading and managing the Department of Cardiology (academic, clinical, and administrative functions)n
- Delivering advanced teaching and training to undergraduate and postgraduate students as per NMC guidelinesn
- Supervising and performing complex cardiac procedures (e.g., angiography, angioplasty, cardiac interventions, non-invasive cardiology procedures)n
- Guiding and mentoring junior faculty, residents, and students in clinical and academic activitiesn
- Overseeing patient care services in OPD, IPD, ICU,



and emergency cardiac caren
- Ensuring implementation of clinical protocols, quality standards, and patient safety measuresn
- Leading research initiatives, publications, and clinical trials in cardiologyn
- Participating in curriculum development, academic planning, and institutional committeesn
- Organizing and contributing to CMEs, conferences, and academic programsn
- Ensuring compliance with NMC, NABH, and other regulatory/accreditation requirementsn
- Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments for comprehensive patient caren
- Maintaining high standards of documentation, reporting, and departmental audits.n
