Summary:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Test Lead with expertise in ServiceNow testing, Automated Test Framework, test strategy, and test coordination. The role involves defining test approaches, leading end-to-end testing activities, driving automation adoption, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality ServiceNow releases across multiple modules and integrations.

Roles & Responsibilities:




Define and execute the overall testing strategy for ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and releases.
Lead functional, integration, regression, SIT, UAT, and production validation testing activities.
Design, develop, maintain, and optimize automated test suites using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to improve test coverage and release efficiency.
Coordinate testing activities across business, development, integration, and project teams.
Manage defect lifecycle including defect triage, prioritization, root-cause analysis, and closure validation.
Ensure test coverage across ServiceNow modules, integrations, workflows, security, and reporting capabilities.
Define and track quality KPIs including defect leakage, automation coverage, test execution progress, release readiness, and overall quality metrics
Mentor and guide test engineers, review test artifacts, and drive testing best practices
