Summary:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Lead / Development Lead with robust experience in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and ServiceNow platform development. The role involves leading a small team of developers, driving AI-powered solutions, mentoring team members, ensuring delivery quality, and implementing innovative automation capabilities that improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform.




Lead and mentor junior developers, conduct technical reviews, and ensure adherence to development best practices.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI-driven use cases.
Implement and support ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Predictive Intelligence.
Design scalable workflows, automations, and integrations using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom development.
Guide team members in troubleshooting complex technical issues and driving root-cause resolution.
Ensure solution quality through code reviews, testing, documentation, and governance compliance.
Support estimations, technical planning, sprint execution, and delivery management activities. Lead technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations for complex workflow automation requirements.
