Job description:
Qualification: BSc Nursing MHA / MBA Healthcare Management
Experience: 0 to 1 Year
- Conduct daily assessments, collect and analyze data, and collaborate with clinical, quality, and operations teams.
- Perform audits to ensure compliance with SOPs, documentation, client monitoring, and follow-up processes.
- Review and assess nursing, therapy, and medical practices for quality adherence and improvement.
- Coordinate with the infection control team on clinical care protocols and hospital-acquired infections.
- Work with operations teams to evaluate and improve quality performance indicators.
- Gather feedback from clinical teams (doctors, nurses, therapists) to drive continuous improvements.
- Conduct facility audits with a focus on clinical quality, infection control, and best practices.
- Develop, implement, and review SOPs and manuals to meet accreditation standards.
- Participate in clinical rounds and follow up on action points to enhance service quality.
- Share regular reports on key audit findings, clinical observations, and areas requiring attention.
