The People Development Manager – India will be responsible for aligning e.l.f. Beauty's global people strategy with local execution. This role ensures employees have the skills, opportunities, and support needed to thrive in a dynamic and fast-growing setting. The position focuses on fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and continuous growth while driving organizational scalability and talent readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- People Development & Growth:
- Lead and promote adoption of e.l.f.U learning initiatives across teams.
- Identify skills gaps and collaborate with leaders to design and implement tailored training and career development programs.
- Oversee onboarding and continuous learning pathways to support employee progression.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics, making improvements where necessary.
- Educate, facilitate, and embed the High Performing Team Framework throughout all teams and functions.
- Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.
