- Have ability to train Freshers from the scratch about RCM industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Monitor the progress of the trainees and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor new joiners performance and clarify process related queries
- Implementing recent training plan & training method
Traits
- Minimum 5+ years in US Healthcare Process.(Experience ar callers more than 5 years experience with excellent communication can also apply.
- Prefer candidate with good exposure in Denial Management, AR Calling, Billing in medical billing domain.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
