What You Will Be Doing:
- Assisting imaging project managers and teams with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes to support productive project execution.
- Managing and maintaining imaging project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in accordance with project requirements.
- Coordinating the flow of information between imaging teams and cross-functional departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, providing support to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Supporting the preparation of imaging reports, presentations, and other project-related materials as required.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience in project support or administration within clinical trials or imaging is acceptable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
with a collaborative approach to working across departments and teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to supporting the successful completion of imaging projects.
