- Support the BC s to collect the proper documents as pert the Banks guideline.
- Agreement and Document collection from BC
- BC/Agent Field level onboarding support
- To provide proper device demonstration
- To give proper product training to the Agents
- Up time Downtime update to the field on time
- Monitor and support the field level technical issues.
- Filed level monitoring of Agents performance and Sales promotional activities.
- Ensure that business generation is as per the regulatory and internal compliance
