Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their mortgage needs.
- Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and ensure all required documentation is collected.
- Provide clients with information on various mortgage products and services offered.
- Work closely with the underwriting team to facilitate the approval process.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth for the mortgage division.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in mortgage regulations.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the mortgage or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, processes, and regulations in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Robust analytical skills and attention to detail.
