Requirements:
- Required a Quality Head who has rich exposure of working in hospitals and handling quality related issues including NABH.
- Should have independently led the quality team and participated in several NABH audits.
- Positive command over NABH documentations and ability to lead the team and coordinate with the departments.

Key responsibilities:
- NABH compliance: Develop and implement systems, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with all NABH standards.
- Quality improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives, conduct audits, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Accreditation:



Manage the preparation and submission process for NABH accreditation and re-accreditation.
- Training and education: Conduct training programs for staff on quality standards, infection control, patient safety, and ethical conduct to foster a culture of quality.
- Documentation and reporting: Set up and maintain quality control and documentation procedures, and prepare and present reports on quality metrics and performance to senior management.
- Data analysis: Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports to measure performance and identify areas of weakness.
