Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Ownership - Drive the design of intuitive, user-centric solutions across the BB+ product suite from discovery to delivery. Define experience goals, lead design execution, and own outcomes in your domain.




- Vision to Execution - Translate intricate financial workflows into elegant, scalable UX. Help shape the long-term product vision while balancing user needs, business goals, and tech feasibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with PMs, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers. Engage in critiques, reviews, and product rituals to drive alignment and shared ownership.
- Craft & Systems Thinking - Design thoughtful interaction models, wireframes, and prototypes using Razorpay s design system. Contribute back to the system through use and feedback.
- Communication & Influence - Present your work with clarity and intent. Use storytelling and design artifacts to inspire, align, and drive decisions across stakeholders.
