You're an experienced and collaborative engineer ready to build and enhance advanced AI-driven features and systems. At Zinnia, our software engineering team thrives on solving complex problems, iterating quickly, and delivering scalable, reliable products. You're passionate about working across AI and web technologies to deliver meaningful, high-impact solutions for users.
What You'll Do:
- Continuously develop new features and enhance our AI-powered platform to improve the insurance experience




- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, ML researchers, PMs, and DevOps to ship secure, scalable applications
- Build and maintain robust, extensible code in Python , TypeScript , and React
- Architect end-to-end solutions, ensuring scalable and efficient deployment of AI models and APIs
- Design, develop, and optimize AI model inference pipelines and real-time AI systems
- Integrate LLMs with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma)
- Build internal tooling to support AI research and streamline ML workflows
- Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs for AI-based services
- Work within Agile/Kanban frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to team-wide best practices
- Participate in technical discussions, architectural design, and project planning
- Stay up to date with AI advancements, sharing knowledge and influencing product direction
