Position Overview (Job Summary)
We are looking for an experienced Windows & VMware L3 Administrator with solid expertise in Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Hyper-V, Microsoft Cluster Server, VMware Infrastructure, Active Directory, Patch Management, and Backup Solutions. The candidate should possess hands-on experience managing medium to large-scale server environments (50-60+ servers), troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, and supporting virtualization, clustering, and storage environments. Azure Cloud certification is mandatory.

Role and Responsibilities
A. Windows Server Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 2000/2003/2008 servers.
- Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and server-related issues.
- Perform Windows server performance tuning and optimization.
- Manage and monitor server health across enterprise environments.

B. Virtualization Management
- Administer VMware ESX environments.
- Manage VMware Guests, Templates, VMotion, DRS, and Capacity Planner.
- Perform P2V migrations and virtualization troubleshooting.
- Administer Microsoft Hyper-V infrastructure.

C. Cluster & Storage Administration
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Cluster Server environments.
- Resolve cluster-related issues in SAN environments.
- Support storage connectivity and availability.
