WHO YOU ARE:
You re a data-savvy Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of data analytics, insurance product design, and platform integration. You bring structure to ambiguity and deliver high-impact data solutions that power life annuity platforms.
WHAT YOU LL DO:
- Own and drive the full product lifecycle for data products from research, market analysis, and roadmap planning to requirements definition and launch.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Business,
and Client Services to define technical solutions, estimate effort, plan releases, and manage sprint backlogs.
- Design and customize data layouts (e.g., Data Warehouse, Reserve, Tax, NCOA, Hedge) based on Zinnia standards and client-specific requirements.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into transparent technical specifications and user stories, leveraging SQL (Oracle/MS SQL Server) and APIs.
- Act as a key liaison across SDLC stakeholders.
- Lead QA and production deployment activities including FTEV validation, defect triage, and post-migration support.
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents, document impact and resolution, and implement preventative actions.
- Identify product gaps and growth opportunities through research on market trends, platform usage, and client feedback.
- Support strategic decisions with analysis on ROI, consumer behavior, build-vs-buy assessments, and platform performance.
