Technical Skills & Experience:
- Experience working as a Linux Administrator and managing infrastructure support.
- Experience troubleshooting network issues , including Ethernet teaming or bonding .
- Knowledge of server integration with storage systems.
- Experience using ticketing and monitoring tools for Linux server monitoring.
- Experience working with patch management systems .
- Good understanding of Linux booting procedures .
- Knowledge of managing disks and various file systems such as XFS , EXT4 , and EXT3 .
- Experience with partition management including LVM and SWAP management .
- Familiarity with package management tools like yum and rpm .
- Knowledge of remote access protocols including SSH, FTP, SFTP, and NFS .

Additional Knowledge:
- Physical hardware expertise related to physical server setup .
- Understanding of working in a datacenter workplace .





Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provide 24x7 support for Fault Tolerant (FT) servers.
- Monitor and maintain hardware for FT servers supporting mission-critical applications.
- Perform Linux system administration tasks including:
- OS installation and patching,
- User management,
- File and folder permissions,
- IP and bond configuration,
- Troubleshooting.
- Maintain asset inventory and manage logistics related to asset part IN/OUT.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate asset acceptance, commissioning, and decommissioning .
- Execute infrastructure readiness activities.
- Handle incident management and respond to service requests effectively.
