Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage credit policies for acquiring customers through e-commerce platforms .
- Analyze partner-sourced profiles and build effective risk segmentation frameworks .
- Collaborate with credit bureaus, data science , and analytics teams to develop scorecards and models using alternate data .
- Monitor portfolio KPIs such as approval rates, default rates , and perform vintage analysis .
- Work cross-functionally with product, risk , and partner teams to fine-tune underwriting rules and decisioning logic.
- Conduct regular credit performance reviews at the product, partner , and cohort levels .
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal risk controls in all lending operations.
- Support recent product launches with credit policy inputs and integration into digital onboarding journeys.
