Responsibilities
Financial Reporting
- Prepare financial statements and related schedules on a periodic basis.
- Review monthly schedules based on General Ledger (GL) closure.
- Validate RMS reports and reconcile with SAP ledgers.
Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
- Manage TDS payments and ensure timely filing of TDS returns.
- Prepare and file RBI-related returns and schedules as per regulatory guidelines.
- Handle coordination and submission for RBI inspections.
Audit & Controls
- Support and coordinate statutory audit, internal audit, and Internal Financial Controls (IFC) reviews.
- Address audit observations and ensure timely closure of audit points.
Product & System Testing
- Understand product features and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in LMS & SAP for recent product launches.
- Ensure seamless integration of accounting entries from LMS to SAP.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with other departments/stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of financial operations and regulatory compliance.
