Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to expand SKFs long-term services portfolio for existing and recent customers in the long-product steel industry.
- Work with metals (Segment and Distribution)



organizations to conceptualize, customize, and roll out value propositions.
- Build a strong long-term relationship with key customers and act as a consultant to understand customer needs, challenges, and goals.
- Perform plant assessment and lead the team in technical discussion of asset/plant reliability.
- Design and promote value-added services tailored to the unique needs of long-product steel customers combining products/solutions across all SKF platforms.
- Use the SKF services portfolio to optimize customer experience and satisfaction.
- Work closely with the front-line team to develop an opportunity funnel.
