Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to expand SKFs long-term services portfolio for existing and new customers .
- Work with (Segment and Distribution) organizations to conceptualize, customize,



and roll out value propositions.
- Build a strong long-term relationship with key customers and act as a consultant to understand customer needs, challenges, and goals.
- Design and promote value-added services tailored to the unique needs combining products/solutions across all SKF platforms.
- Use the SKF services portfolio to optimize customer experience and satisfaction.
- Work closely with the front-line team to develop an opportunity funnel.

Skill Set
- Experience in industrial sales
- Data analytics and business models
- Basics of business finance
- Exposure to SKF services portfolio

KPIs
- Plant-wide performance contract assessments
- Opportunity pipeline to achieve BP

Education & Experience
- Experience and understanding of the Spindle / gearbox / auto-ancillaries / machine tooling industries
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales & services
- Experience in discussing with middle/t
