We are seeking an experienced .NET Lead with a strong background in AWS DevOps to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading .NET projects and implementing DevOps practices to improve software delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET applications in an AWS setting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Implement DevOps practices to enhance the development and deployment pipeline.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards.
- Manage infrastructure as code using AWS services and tools.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain quality and consistency in the codebase.

Skills and Qualifications




- 8-13 years of experience in .NET development and AWS DevOps practices.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core framework.
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or Prometheus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.
