Pump Testing Engineer
KSB Pumps Limited is seeking a meticulous Pump Testing Engineer to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and performance of our pumps by conducting comprehensive hydraulic and mechanical tests , preparing detailed reports, and maintaining high standards of inspection and housekeeping.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct pump performance testing (hydraulic & mechanical).
- Offer pump performance to Customer and TPI (Third-Party Inspector) as per approved QCP (Quality Control Plan), Test procedures & reference documents.
- Prepare test reports and offer them to TPI/customer for review.
- Maintain 5S / housekeeping activities at the test bed.
- Review & study Pump QCP , testing procedures & data sheet.
- Perform stage & final inspection of pump/parts & spare verification.

Skills:
- Proficiency in conducting hydraulic and mechanical pump performance testing.
- Ability to interpret and apply QCPs , test procedures, and reference documents.
- Strong report writing skills for test results.
- Adherence to 5S principles and positive housekeeping practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail for stage, final inspection, and spare verification.
