We are looking for a SAP BRIM Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA, BRIM, and ECC , along with experience in system integration and process improvement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in configuring, optimizing, and supporting critical applications while working closely with cross-functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical configuration and custom development support for SAP S/4HANA, BRIM, ECC , and integrations with other modules.
- Analyze and resolve system issues, ensuring robust and scalable solutions for process improvements.
- Support system integrations with applications like Salesforce and Java-based ERP systems .
- Drive automation and reporting initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on enterprise-wide projects and business process improvements.
- Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documentation, and JIRA defect tracking for service tickets.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with SAP S/4HANA and BRIM .
- Robust understanding of Order to Access (O2A) and Offer to Order (O2O) processes with hands-on configuration experience.
- Expertise in Order Entry, Financial transactions, and FI-CO / FISD integration .
- Familiarity with online store functionalities and IT Service Management frameworks like ITIL .
