Employee Special Functions For Painting
KSB Pumps Limited is seeking a dedicated Employee Special Functions For Painting to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of industrial painting techniques, surface preparation, and quality control processes , who can effectively coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Guide vendors and internal agencies on technical (paint-related) matters.
- Handle painting-related queries from end customers.
- Help prepare painting procedures.
- Create purchase orders.
- Follow up with vendors for daily painting activities and paint requirements.

Skills:
- Knowledge of different types of paints and coatings.
- Understanding of surface preparation techniques.




- Familiarity with application methods (spraying, brushing, rolling).
- Proficiency in using painting equipment and tools.
- SAP PP / MM module knowledge.
- Attention to detail.
- Valuable communication skills for coordinating with team members & vendors.
- Problem-solving abilities to address issues during the painting process.

Qualifications:
- Certifications from recognized bodies such as NACE, SSPC can be beneficial.
- Practical experience in industrial painting, including knowledge of safety standards and quality control processes.
