Job description
Responsibilities :
- Work on the end-to-end design and development of data integration solutions using Talend and ETL methodologies, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and analysts to understand data sources, requirements, and transformation rules for ETL processes
- Design and implement scalable and efficient ETL workflows using Talend, incorporating error handling, monitoring, and performance optimization techniques.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL pipeline.
- Integrate ETL processes with source and target systems, databases, APIs, and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and system configurations, ensuring clarity and transparency for stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve data anomalies, and optimize ETL performance.
- Stay abreast of the latest Talend features, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and optimization.
- Proactively identify and address technical challenges and bottlenecks, leveraging innovative solutions and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in data integration, ETL development, or related field.
- Proficiency in Talend Data Integration and Talend Administration Console, with experience in designing and implementing ETL processes.
- Robust understanding of ETL concepts, methodologies, and best practices, including data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing principles.
