Job Description:
Hands on core US IT recruiting experience
Able to Technically understand Requirements, mentor/coach team on various IT requirements.
Excellent Communication skills, Strong negotiation, convincing skills, Self - Motivated and go getter.
Focus on sourcing quality resumes through head hunting, Job Portals, and Networking Sites, thru a team of recruiters. experience with Application Tracking System (Ceipal) and LinkedIn.
Solid experience in handling W2 and C2C requirements, with a preference for candidates who have worked on direct client roles and through VMS or implementation partners
Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, engage with stakeholders effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
The position requires working as an individual contributor while actively supporting team members to achieve work and delivery targets.
