The Technology Specialist applies their conceptual knowledge of Technology and with a moderate level of guidance and direction from colleagues and leadership, is responsible for solving a range of straightforward Technology problems. They will be responsible for analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures, as well as building knowledge of the company, processes, and customers. The Technology Specialist understands key business drivers and applies this knowledge to solve problems in straightforward situations through analysis of possible solutions using technical experience, judgment, and precedents.
Essential Qualifications and Education:
- 7 +Year of administration experience in spooling application like Hexagon Spoolgen, AVEVA Spooler, AVEVA Piping Fabricator or similar applcations
- Good understanding of piping shop fabrication work process
- Able to create Piping drawing sheet template according to business requirements
- Positive understanding of Annotation Sheet, options file, line list, backing sheet




- Identify UDA requirement and able to configure
- Report configuration e.g. Cut List, MTO, Weld etc
- Spool sheet configuration
- User access control
- Interface with other SmartPlant and Non SmartPlant tools related to work packaging, material tracking, commissioning etc
- Knowledge on different development tools like Visual Studio, SQL, Git Repository etc
- Experience on Dabacon, MS-SQL Server, and Oracle databases
- Experience on Aveva Administration
- Knowledge on Aveva E3D Development
- Experience in using Aveva APIs in C# projects and Proficiency in .Net framework
- Good knowledge on E3D Piping Option Files creation for Piping Isometrics generation in Aveva E3D (Piping &Equipment;), Aveva Pipe Fabricator, Spooler or Spoolgen
- Spooler and Piping Fabricator customization using PML, PML2 and external data
