MCSE/MCSA/ Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator / VCP certification//Azure 104 Server administrator is must and should have handled windows server administration activities
including Active Directory, OS patches, DNS, DHCP, software installation,
upgradation, backup restoration and performance tuning tasks , Virtual
environment administration activities (Citrix / VM Ware / Hyper-V) etc
Secondary Skills:
- Monitoring, administration, configuration, troubleshooting, backup and recovery of Exchange, Windows
- Servers (physical or virtual) and Active Directory Domain Controllers. Attend and resolve related issues.
- Performs daily monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of hardware, resources, systems, key
- processes, reviewing system, application appliance logs, verifying completion of scheduled jobs. Take
- corrective action in timely manner.
- Excellent knowledge on Exchange O365/2013/2016/2019, Windows Servers and Active Directory Domain
- Controllers.
- Mailbox Database and Public Folder Database Creation, Deletion, handling permission issues and managing




- replication.
- Manage, maintain troubleshoot email gateway related issues, anti-spam (Sophos, Barracuda, etc.) related
- issues etc.
- Handling OWA, ActiveSync related issues.
- Excellent Knowledge on Exchange, Server and Office 365 PowerShell scripts.
