Position Overview:
The resource will be responsible for developing responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), whitepaper, and RFP to support business development efforts. This role requires the ability to gather technical and non-technical information, synthesize complex details, and create compelling, targeted RFI, RFP, and whitepaper, research paper responses that effectively convey the companys capabilities and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze RFI, RFP, and whitepaper, research paper requirements and develop a transparent response strategy in collaboration with Business Development, Capture Managers, and SMEs.
- Write, edit, and format RFI, RFP, and whitepaper, research paper responses to ensure clarity, coherence, and compliance with client requirements.




- Coordinate with technical teams to gather and translate technical information into reader-friendly content.
- Ensure RFI, RFP, and whitepaper, research paper responses align with corporate messaging and emphasize relevant experience and capabilities.
- Maintain records of previous RFI, RFP, and whitepaper, research paper responses and contribute to the creation of an RFI, RFP, and whitepaper, research paper response library for future use.
