- First 3 Months (Trial Period): ₹10,500 per month flat fixed salary
- After 3 Months (Upon Permanent Selection): ₹10,500 fixed base salary + 1% to 3% commission on total monthly sales:

About the Project:
We are opening a brand-current Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Kendra (PMBJK) near the Fatehpur area in Muzaffarpur. We are seeking an honest, qualified pharmacist to lead our counter operations and help launch this generic medical store during an initial 3-month trial phase.Why Apply?

Key Responsibilities:
- Submit your valid State Pharmacy Council credentials to assist with the store's Retail Drug License registration.
- Dispense generic medicines accurately to walk-in patients based on valid doctor prescriptions.
- Handle daily computerized billing and track stock inventory using the official PMBJK software.
- Manage the cash counter responsibly, provide excellent customer service, and keep medicine racks organized.
Requirements:
- Education: Valid D.Pharm or B.Pharm degree.
- License: Must be a Registered Pharmacist with an active, clean certificate from the State Pharmacy Council (mandatory).
