The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with performance marketing and be comfortable managing campaigns with clearlead-generation and ROI targets. Key Responsibilities : • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation. • Develop strategies to generate high-quality B2B leads for our software products and services. • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning. • Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI. • Create and test different ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments. • Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets effectively.



• Track leads and campaign performance through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. • Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports. • Work closely with the Sales Team to improve lead quality and conversion. • Identify new paid marketing opportunities and continuously improve lead-generation strategies. • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and changes in digital advertising platforms.
